RETURNS POLICY
The Natural Store builds will replace your product if you received a defective, doa or incorrect product. You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days from the time that your product was shipped out for store credit or exact replacement of product. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or doa item).
If your product is defective, you may be able to return it for an exchange. Items that show signs of wear or use may not be returned for a refund. Atomizers or customizers of any type and discounted items may not be returned unless dead on arrival (doa) or it is an incorrect item. Customer must notify us of doa or incorrect hardware within 24 hrs. of receiving shipment to qualify for exchange.
